UCP of West Central Wisconsinis committed to helping disabled individuals in or area to find and maintain gainful employment. Employment is essential to maintain independence and self-esteem, yet unemployment among disabled people is 10-20 times the national average! The good news is that a "Disability Navigator" is now available at Eau Claire Job Services.

We work with employers as well as agencies such as Job Services to assist those in need with finding and keeping a steady job.
