Supported Employment
Our Supported Employment Program partners an individual with a Job Coach who works with, develops and trains this individual on an intensive, one-on-one basis in a specific employment venue. We provide individuals with exposure to supervised, goal-oriented work experiences so that they can develop the necessary skills to be prepared for successful employment. We offer training and assistance to improve individual skills and to aquire paid employment, which results in retention and long-term employment opportunities.
