Community Living Support (CLS)
We know that it can be a wonderful thing for people with disabilities to live with loved ones. We also know that the realities of daily care can put tremendous strain on loving families. UCP of Georgia provides community living support to help families caring for individuals with disabilities in their homes. This type of support is available for children and adults living with a developmental disability.
Community living support staff assists individuals with daily living and community activities while supporting skill acquisition. Services and schedules are designed to meet each family's particular needs.
