UCP employment specialists help individuals choose employment based on their capabilities, talents and interests. The staff coaches individuals in job readiness, job search, job retention and career growth. After a job placement is made, we provide on-the-job training to meet the needs of the employee and the employer and also provide the support necessary to meet the personal needs of the employee while on the job.

Employees and employers can feel secure in the knowledge that UCP continually monitors the progress and performance of employees whom we place to ensure continued success and satisfaction.

We also have work teams who provide janitorial maintenance services to public and private businesses.
