Family Support

Over the past two years, Family Support has developed new initiatives and expanded its programs, building upon the mission of the agency to enhance the independence, productivity and full citizenship of persons with disabilities. Expanded programs include:

• Consultation/advocacy assistance for families to increase access to services.
• Bi-annual newsletter.
• Small grants program for home modifications through GE Employees Good Neighbor Fund.
• Parent and Adult Seminar Series
• Adult Coffee Hour Support Group
• Parent Drop-In Support Groups
• Family Support Resource Guide
• Student Internship Program
