Information & Referral

UCP of Minnesota provides referrals to local, state, and federal resources for information about financial assistance, housing, physicians, sexuality, support groups, recreation, personal care assistants, respite care, etc. Our Information and Referral Specialist answers most calls during business hours and voice mail messages are returned as promptly as possible.

Additional Resources include:

• A resource lending library of books and videos about cerebral palsy and similar disabilities. These are available free of charge for a three week rental.
• Catalogs and resource information about toys and other adapted equipment
