4. Job Coaching

Job Coaching services are provided once employment is secured. The program participant is an employee of the business, but their trainer will be the Job Coach. The Job Coach provides one-on-one training/supervision. This service is provided to help the program participant learn the skills/duties necessary to successfully do the specific job. Once the program participant begins to work more independently Job Coaching services are decreased until the employee is able to work independently.

For more information about 4. Job Coaching, please contact UCP at (816) 364-3836 or send an e-mail.
