5. Follow-Along
Once Job Coaching services have been faded out and the program participant is completing job duties independently, the individual is eligible for Follow-Along Services. Follow-Along Services are provided to program participants who are successfully employed but require Job Coaching Services to help them learn new skills as a result of a change in job responsibilities, or when other unfamiliar situations arise. Follow-Along is provided on an as needed basis to help the program participant continue to be competitively employed.
