Physical Therapy

Based on individual need and medical recommendation, UCP consumers may be eligible to receive therapeutic services and evaluation from a full-time UCP physical therapist.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• assistance with the development of muscle strength and coordination
• positioning and proper use of support devices and wheelchair modifications
• relaxation techniques
• massage therapy

Physical therapy is available as needed as an added service of the Adult Activity Program.
