Supported Living

Each individual requesting Residential support receives a comprehensive plan to identify all supports necessary to live, work and socialize in the community of their choosing.

Upon location of affordable, accessible housing, UCP support staff may assist with the procurement of required renovations, adaptive equipment and household furnishings as identified in each individual's comprehensive plan. Support staff are further available for training and assistance in all areas necessary for each individual to live as independetly as possible and to fulfill life goals.

Supports and services provided through the Residential Services program are based on the needs and preferences of each individual with the ultimate goal being greater independence in the activities of daily living and increased inclusion within the community.
