Employment Resources

Employment Resources is a service in which persons with significant and multiple disabilities are assisted in finding competitive employment opportunities in the St. Louis community at job sites alongside their non-disabled peers. This service includes comprehensive assessment, individualized job development, job coaching on location, and continuing follow-along supports.

UCP of Greater St. Louis believes that all people have value and that all people can grow, develop, contribute and participate in their community.
