Birth to Three Connections

Birth to Three Connections is one of two programs that are "Dane County's Birth to 3 Program." Connections serves children under age three (with developmental delays and disabilities) and their families residing outside of the Madison Metropolitan School District.

Connections offers families information about the development of their children through developmental screening and evaluations. Connections' mission is to enhance the development of eligible infants and toddlers over the first three years of life through the provision of support and education to parents, early intervention and therapeutic services for the child, and by linking families with other community resources.
