Taste of Madison
United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Dane County (UCP) is gearing up for the 2012 Taste of Madison, September 1st and 2nd (Labor Day Weekend) held on the Capitol Square. We will be recruiting over 750 volunteers this year to help us serve drinks and would love to have you join us!
The Taste of Madison has been a major fundraiser for UCP for over 25 years now. Participation of volunteers like you enable us to apply 100% of our server tips to support children and families throughout southern Wisconsin.
If you are interested in helping out, please respond by filling out the Volunteer Confirmation Sheet and emailing it to Trisha Davies by Friday, June 1st, indicating that you are able to help volunteer. (Specific volunteer names are not necessary at this time.)
Then use the Group Recruitment Sheet to sign up volunteers. Please send us their names by Friday, July 27th.
Bartenders are needed to staff both beer and wine stands during each shift over the weekend. We are looking for new bartenders, and training is available online or at MATC. Get information on Becoming a Bartender
