Housing Options

UCP is one of the largest and most efficient health-related charities in the United States, serving hundreds of people with developmental disabilities everyday. One of the cornerstones of UCP’s muli-faceted programs is community based homes that provide 24-hour supervised residential care. Group housing consists of seven 15-bed homes in Thousand Oaks, Sylmar, Lomita and Buena Park, and 15 six-bed homes in Sylmar, Granada Hills, San Pedro, Chatsworth, and Northridge.
