To enhance the quality of life for persons with
disabilities and to enable them to become
more productive, independent and
integrated into the community.
VISION
United Cerebral Palsy provides community-based, integrated, individualized, multi-faceted services to persons with cerebral palsy and like disorders. Through an aggressive public relations program, UCP establishes effective communication and education links with service providers and community at large. Through aggressive fund development, UCP provides financial stability with minimal reliance on state funding.
