The unemployment rate among people with disabilities is unacceptably high. As one of the largest minority groups in the nation, the needs of people with disabilities must be met; the talents of people with disabilities must be tapped.

UCP helps individuals with disabilities discover their particular talents, works with local employers to identify unmet needs, and then matches talents with needs - demonstrating that people with disabilities can work and contribute.
