UCP Land of Lincoln offers vocational skills training for those interested in developing work skills. Training focuses on specific job skills as well as those skills needed to find and keep a job.

The Vocational Skills Training Program components include tutoring on basic education skills leading to graduation, job shadowing, job skills training, summer employment opportunities, leadership skills, mentoring, and counseling. Career exploration and postsecondary education guidance is given to individuals so that they have the right tools to help them excel in their careers.
