  The Executive Plaza Fitness Center will be hosting a 5K run on Thursday, June 21 at the NCR Trail starting at 12:15 p.m. to benefit UCP of Central MD. Registration is $30 for EP Fitness members and $35 for non-members. Register by June 14 to receive a t-shirt.
