Vehicle Donation Program
United Cerebral Palsy of Central Maryland (UCP-CM) provides services and support to individuals with a wide variety of disabilities and chronic health issues that other organizations are not equipped or willing to serve. More than 65% of those we serve nationally have disabilities other than cerebral palsy, including Alzheimer’s, Down syndrome, spina bifida and traumatic brain injury. More than 85% of the individuals we serve have multiple disabilities, and 70% rely on wheelchairs for mobility.
You can help support us in our efforts by donating your vehicle; car, truck, van, SUV, motorcycle, boat or RV through our Vehicle Donation Program. Eighty-six cents of every dollar donated to UCP-CM is used to enhance the lives of those children and adults we serve right here in Maryland!
To donate your vehicle, please complete the online Vehicle Donation Form below or call our vehicle donation line at 1-800-4WHEELS to reach a representative from our call center, who will answer any questions you may have regarding your donation. Towing is free and the process is easy!
UCP-CM has a wholesale dealer's license issued by the Maryland Department of Transportation and is registered with the Secretary of State as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Therefore, your donations may be tax deductible if you itemize your tax return! Please note that effective January 1, 2005, new guidelines regarding tax deductibility of donated vehicles were enacted.
