Personal Care Attendants (PCAs)

UCP is a Medicaid approved Personal Care Attendant Agency offering evaluation, skills training, PCA management training and ongoing support and advocacy to enable individuals with disabilities to access this Medicaid-funded program. Through this program, individuals receive the assistance and training necessary to hire and supervise their own care providers, thus enabling them to remain living in their chosen home.
