Outreach

UCP of Minnesota provides community outreach in a number of areas:

• Speaker’s Bureau - Providing disability awareness, sensitivity training, and information about cerebral palsy and management and treatment options. Content can be geared toward professionals, parents, consumers or children.
• Advocacy - We provide advocacy at the legislative level on behalf of people with disabilities and their families on issues that will affect their quality of life. We also assist adults with disabilities in learning to be effective self-advocates.

Parents, do you have a question you would like to ask about children with cerebral palsy? Have you found a product or service that you would like to tell others about?

As a person with cerebral palsy, do you have a question or thought you would like to share with others? Speaking Out Locally is your opportunity to enter into a discussion, post a question or share information.
