The most critical period of learning and development is the first five years of a child's life.

UCP of Greater St. Louis has a 51-year tradition of helping children and families. We offer a comprehensive program of assesment and intervention services. Our goal is to ensure that families have the necessary support, services and resources they need to raise healthy, happy and successful children. In order to achieve this goal, UCP works closely with families of children, birth to age three, who have developmental delays in one or more of the following areas:

• cognitive and play skills
• communication
• self-help skills
• physical development
• social-emotional development
